Is the website design really free. What's the catch?
Yes you do get your website designed for free. The payment of £25 per month (or £252 for a year) is for hosting, updates and support. If your website ever has a problem, we will fix it. Most hosting companies will not! They just give you login details to sort it out yourself.
What if I want more pages on my website?
We offer you free updates every month up to an hour of our time. You also can have access to the website editor. If you have lots that you want designing or custom sections etc then we can quote you a price.
Can I cancel or upgrade anytime?
Yes if you want extra features you can upgrade anytime. You can also cancel or downgrade anytime. Our only condition is that If you want to keep your website files and take it elsewhere to be hosted then you need to have paid for 12 months, otherwise you will be charged a fee for the website.
I'm busy, how much time do I need to dedicate to this? what do I need to do?
We appreciate you have a business to run, so just give us the go-ahead and we will make you a complete website and send you a link to view it. Once you are happy we make it live. Easy peasy and pretty much hands off for you.
