These Terms & Conditions govern the use of SMB Booster services, including website design, website hosting, website builders, Business Hub services, website maintenance, AI services, marketing services and other digital services provided by SMB Booster ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing or using any SMB Booster service, you ("you", "your", "customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
SMB Booster provides website design, website hosting, website-building tools, business management tools, digital marketing and related services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Depending on the package purchased, services may include:
Website design and development
Website hosting
Website builders and website editor access
Website maintenance and updates
Business Hub access
CRM tools
Contact management
Forms and lead capture
Calendar and booking tools
Social media planning tools
QR code tools
Training and educational resources
AI-powered services
Telephone and AI receptionist services
SEO services
Marketing services
Lead-generation services
Additional website services
The exact services included are determined by the package purchased and the description shown on the SMB Booster website or in the customer's order confirmation at the time of purchase.
SMB Booster may use third-party platforms and technology to provide some or all of these services.
2. WEBSITE PACKAGES
SMB Booster provides a number of different website options.
2.1 DIY WEBSITE — £40 PER YEAR
The DIY Website plan provides access to the SMB Booster website builder together with website hosting and SSL/security.
This option is intended for customers who wish to build and maintain their own website.
The DIY Website plan includes:
Website builder access
Website editor
Website hosting
SSL/security
Connection of one customer-owned domain
Mobile-friendly website functionality
Access to available standard website templates and builder features
Website allowance
The £40/year DIY Website plan includes one website for one business.
The plan does not include unlimited website creation or unlimited hosting of multiple businesses, brands, domains or commercial projects.
The customer must not use the DIY Website plan to create or operate websites for:
Other businesses
Clients
Customers
Friends or family
Separate commercial ventures
Third parties
Resale or white-label purposes
Additional websites may be purchased or provided under a different SMB Booster package where available.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
Building their own website
Adding and maintaining their content
Making their own design changes
Creating and maintaining pages
Checking their website content
Ensuring their website remains suitable for their business
The £40/year plan does not include website design or ongoing website updates by SMB Booster.
Any work requested from SMB Booster may be quoted separately.
2.2 STARTER WEBSITE — £140 ONE-OFF
SMB Booster offers a Starter Website package currently priced at £140 one-off, subject to the current offer and specifications advertised on the SMB Booster website.
The standard Starter Website includes:
Up to 5 pages
The exact pages will be agreed as part of the website build.
The package may include, for example:
Home
About
Services
Contact
One additional page
The Starter Website is intended as a simple professional website solution for customers who do not require the full SMB Booster Business Hub.
Website editor
Where editor access is provided, the customer may use the editor to maintain and modify the website they have purchased.
Editor access does not increase the number of pages included in the £140 website package.
The customer may not use the Starter Website package to create or host additional websites for other businesses, brands or commercial projects.
Additional pages
Additional pages beyond the five-page allowance may be purchased separately.
Customers requiring a larger website may purchase an alternative package, such as the 15-page website package currently offered at £252, or request a bespoke quotation.
2.3 15-PAGE WEBSITE — £252 ONE-OFF
SMB Booster may offer a larger one-off website package currently priced at £252, subject to the current offer and specifications advertised on the SMB Booster website.
This package provides a website of up to 15 pages.
The package includes the website build and agreed standard website functionality.
Additional functionality, complex development, additional services or work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
2.4 WEBSITE & BUSINESS HUB — £25 PER MONTH
The £25/month SMB Booster Website & Business Hub package includes:
Custom website design and build
Initial website of up to 15 pages
Lead-generating contact/quote forms
Tap-to-call functionality
Service pages
Location/area pages
Standard SEO setup
Google Business Profile connection where applicable
Website hosting
SSL/security
Website editor access
Business Hub access
CRM tools
Contact management
Forms
Calendar tools
Social media planning tools
QR code tools
Training Academy access
Ongoing technical support
Unlimited reasonable minor website updates
Initial website build
The initial website build includes up to 4 hours of designer/developer time.
This covers the setup, design and launch of the standard website within the agreed package scope.
Examples of work that may fall outside the initial build allowance include:
Major redesigns
Extensive restructuring
Large amounts of additional content
Complex functionality
New funnels
Advanced integrations
Significant changes to the agreed design direction
Substantial additional development
Where additional work is required, SMB Booster will provide a quotation before the work begins.
2.5 AI VOICE EMPLOYEE — £49 PER MONTH
The £49/month package includes the features contained within the £25/month Website & Business Hub package, together with the applicable AI features advertised by SMB Booster.
These may include:
AI website voice/chat functionality
Lead qualification
AI-assisted customer interaction
Enhanced lead management
Priority support
Other AI features specifically advertised as included
AI services use third-party technology and may be subject to:
Usage limits
Fair-use policies
Third-party pricing
Technical limitations
Changes to availability
Additional AI usage or services not included within the package may be charged separately.
2.6 AI RECEPTIONIST — £97 PER MONTH
The £97/month package includes the features contained within the £49/month package together with applicable telephone and AI receptionist services.
These may include:
Business telephone number
AI receptionist
AI call answering
Call handling
Appointment booking
Call transfers
AI voice services
Missed-call handling
Other features advertised as included
Telephone, AI, messaging and usage-based services are subject to third-party availability, technical limitations and usage policies.
Where additional usage charges apply, SMB Booster will identify these before charging the customer where reasonably practicable.
3. ADDITIONAL WEBSITES
This section is particularly important.
3.1 DIY and Starter Packages
The £40/year DIY Website and £140 Starter Website packages are intended to provide one website for one business.
They do not provide unlimited website creation, hosting or use of the SMB Booster platform for multiple businesses.
Creating additional websites under these packages may require the customer to purchase an additional website package or move to a suitable SMB Booster subscription.
3.2 £25/month and Higher Packages
Customers subscribed to the £25/month Website & Business Hub package or a higher SMB Booster package may create and manage additional websites using their available website-building tools, subject to the capabilities and limits of the underlying platform.
SMB Booster does not charge an automatic additional subscription simply because a customer creates an additional website where the platform permits it.
However:
The free initial website build applies to one primary website only.
The initial website build included within the customer's subscription relates to the primary website agreed when the customer joins the service.
SMB Booster is not required to design, build, populate, configure, optimise or maintain additional websites at no additional cost.
Work carried out by SMB Booster on additional websites may be treated as Additional Work and charged separately.
This may include:
Designing additional websites
Building additional pages
Populating additional websites
Creating funnels
Creating forms
Creating CRM systems
Setting up calendars
Setting up automations
SEO work
Content creation
Website redesign
Migration
Domain configuration
Troubleshooting
Ongoing maintenance
Other professional services
Customers are welcome to use the available website-building tools themselves to create additional websites where their package and the underlying platform permit this.
4. WEBSITE UPDATES & MAINTENANCE
4.1 Unlimited Minor Updates
The £25/month Website & Business Hub package includes unlimited reasonable minor updates to the primary website.
There is no monthly credit system and unused update time does not accumulate or roll over.
Minor updates may include:
Changing text
Changing prices
Replacing photographs
Adding or removing small sections
Updating contact details
Updating opening hours
Updating service information
Adding reasonable amounts of new content
Minor layout adjustments
Updating buttons or links
Similar small changes to existing pages
The purpose of unlimited minor updates is to allow customers to keep their primary website current without worrying about small changes.
It does not mean unlimited website redesign, development or content-production work.
5. ADDITIONAL WORK
The following may be charged separately.
5.1 Major Website Changes
Examples include:
Adding multiple substantial new pages
Creating four or more substantial new pages
Complete website redesigns
Major restructuring
Changing the overall design direction
Rebranding an entire website
Rebuilding large sections
Creating new sales funnels
Complex landing pages
Extensive content migration
Large-scale content uploads
5.2 Complex Functionality
Additional charges may apply for:
Advanced forms
CRM configuration
Contact importing
Calendar configuration
Booking systems
Automations
Email marketing systems
SMS marketing systems
E-commerce
Third-party integrations
API integrations
Custom calculators
Interactive tools
Membership areas
Login systems
Advanced database work
Database reactivation campaigns
Review campaigns
6. MARKETING & CONTENT SERVICES
The following services are not automatically included within the £25/month subscription and may be purchased separately:
Blog writing
AI-assisted blog writing
Blog posting
Social media management
Social media posting carried out by SMB Booster
SEO campaigns
Google Business Profile optimisation
Email campaigns
Review marketing
Paid advertising
Video creation
AI avatar/video creation
Lead-generation campaigns
Database reactivation
Other marketing services
Customers may have access to tools that allow them to perform some of these activities themselves.
Access to a tool does not mean that SMB Booster provides the associated professional service free of charge.
Where AI tools or third-party services incur usage charges, separate pricing may apply.
7. ADDITIONAL WORK PRICING
Where additional work is required, SMB Booster may provide either an hourly rate or fixed-price quotation.
Indicative rates are:
Content updates/minor edits: £45/hour
New page creation: £60/hour
Complex functionality/development: £75/hour
Website redesign: £75/hour
Rush/same-day work: £90/hour
Weekend/out-of-hours work: £100/hour
Fixed-price quotations may also be offered.
Examples:
Standard new page: £60
Complex landing page: £150–£250
Partial redesign: POA
Complete redesign: POA
Prices may change. The applicable price will be confirmed before chargeable work begins.
8. QUOTATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL WORK
Where work falls outside the customer's package:
The customer submits a request.
SMB Booster assesses the requirements.
SMB Booster provides an estimate or quotation.
The customer approves the quotation.
Payment is made or agreed.
Work begins.
SMB Booster will not normally carry out chargeable additional work without customer approval.
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate information
Provide content, images, branding and other materials where required
Ensure they have permission to use supplied materials
Review and approve website content
Respond reasonably promptly to requests for information
Ensure published information is accurate
Maintain appropriate legal policies where required
Ensure their use of customer data complies with applicable legislation
SMB Booster is not responsible for delays caused by missing, inaccurate, incomplete or late customer information.
10. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP, HOSTING & ACCESS
10.1 £25/month Website Subscription
A website supplied as part of the £25/month subscription is hosted and managed by SMB Booster.
During the first 12 consecutive months of paid subscription service, the customer receives a licence to use the website for their business while their subscription remains active.
The customer retains ownership of their:
Business information
Photographs
Logos
Branding
Text and content supplied by them
Other materials they own
SMB Booster retains ownership of:
Its systems
Templates
Reusable design elements
Proprietary technology
Processes
Business Hub
Training Academy
Third-party systems
HighLevel platform technology
Other SMB Booster intellectual property
11. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP AFTER 12 MONTHS
Once the customer has completed 12 consecutive months of paid subscription service, ownership of the website specifically created for their business passes to the customer, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
The customer may then choose:
Option 1 — Continue at £25/month
Continue using the full SMB Booster Website & Business Hub service.
Option 2 — Move to Hosting Only
Move to the SMB Booster Hosting Only service, currently £40 per year, subject to the current price of that service.
Option 3 — Transfer to another HighLevel account
SMB Booster can assist with a supported transfer to another suitable HighLevel account.
After the qualifying 12-month period, SMB Booster will carry out the supported HighLevel transfer without an SMB Booster transfer fee.
The customer is responsible for their new HighLevel subscription and any third-party charges.
Option 4 — Move to another website platform
Customers may request assistance moving their website to another platform.
Because the website may be built using HighLevel technology, a direct one-to-one export to another website platform may not be technically possible.
The website may therefore need to be:
Rebuilt
Recreated
Rewritten
Adapted
Reconfigured
Any such work will be quoted separately.
12. TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER HIGHLEVEL ACCOUNT
After 12 consecutive months of paid service, SMB Booster can assist with transferring the customer's website to another suitable HighLevel account where technically supported.
The customer must provide the destination account details.
The transfer does not include:
SMB Booster's agency account
Business Hub services
Training Academy
SMB Booster proprietary systems
Third-party subscriptions
Telephone services
AI services
Other SMB Booster services
Third-party integrations may need to be reconnected.
The customer is responsible for any charges imposed by HighLevel or other third-party providers.
13. MOVING TO ANOTHER WEBSITE PLATFORM
Where a customer requests migration to another platform, SMB Booster does not guarantee that the existing website can be directly exported.
Where rebuilding or adaptation is required, the quotation may depend upon:
Number of pages
Design complexity
Forms
Integrations
SEO requirements
Website functionality
Content requirements
Destination platform
No migration or rebuilding work will begin until the customer has approved the quotation.
14. HOSTING ONLY — £40 PER YEAR
SMB Booster offers a Hosting Only option for customers who wish to keep their website hosted with SMB Booster without continuing with the full Business Hub subscription.
The current price is £40 per year, subject to future pricing.
Hosting Only includes:
Website hosting
SSL/security
Keeping the website online
Basic hosting infrastructure
It does not include:
Website updates
Website design
New pages
SEO services
CRM services
Business Hub access
Social media management
AI services
Marketing services
Training
New functionality
Website maintenance beyond basic hosting requirements
Additional work may be purchased separately where available.
15. EARLY MOVE TO HOSTING ONLY
SMB Booster may allow a customer to move from the £25/month subscription to the £40/year Hosting Only service before completing 12 months.
This may be offered as an alternative to cancellation.
Where a customer moves to Hosting Only before completing 12 months:
The £25/month subscription ends.
Business Hub access and subscription features cease.
The £40/year Hosting Only charge applies.
Website ownership does not automatically transfer at that point.
The website remains subject to the ownership/licensing provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
Once the customer has completed 12 consecutive months of qualifying paid service, the ownership provisions in Section 11 apply.
SMB Booster may refuse an early downgrade where there are outstanding payments or unresolved contractual matters.
16. STARTER WEBSITE OWNERSHIP
Once the Starter Website has been completed and the £140 build fee has been paid in full, ownership of the website specifically created for the customer passes to the customer.
This does not transfer ownership of:
SMB Booster systems
Reusable templates
Third-party software
Third-party services
Licensed assets
HighLevel
SMB Booster intellectual property
17. STARTER WEBSITE HOSTING
The Starter Website includes the hosting period stated on the Starter Website offer.
After the included hosting period, customers may continue hosting with SMB Booster under the applicable £40/year Hosting Only plan.
Customers may alternatively arrange hosting elsewhere, subject to any technical requirements and migration work.
18. CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation by contacting SMB Booster in writing.
Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the applicable billing period or notice period stated in the customer's agreement.
No refund will normally be provided for a partially used subscription period, subject to applicable statutory rights.
Before cancelling completely, customers may request to move to the Hosting Only service where eligible.
19. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A SUBSCRIPTION ENDS
When a subscription ends:
Website updates cease.
Business Hub access may be removed.
Training Academy access may be removed.
AI services cease.
Telephone services cease.
Other subscription services cease.
Customers who own their website may request transfer or migration arrangements in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
If no alternative hosting arrangement has been made, the website may be taken offline following the applicable cancellation period.
20. WEBSITE BACKUPS
SMB Booster may maintain regular backups of websites where technically available.
Backups are maintained for operational purposes and are not a guarantee that a website can always be restored.
Customer-requested restoration work may be charged separately.
Following cancellation, backups may be retained for a limited period before being permanently deleted.
Customers are responsible for arranging any required transfer before the website is permanently removed.
21. PAYMENT & BILLING
Subscription services are billed in advance according to the payment schedule selected by the customer.
Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
Continued non-payment may result in termination of the account and removal or suspension of the website and associated services.
Additional work may require payment in advance.
Additional work over £200 may require a deposit before work begins.
22. REFUNDS
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable subscription period has commenced, subject to applicable statutory rights.
Deposits for additional work may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. SUPPORT
SMB Booster provides support appropriate to the customer's package.
Support may include:
Website technical assistance
Website guidance
Help using included features
Assistance with included website updates
General guidance on SMB Booster services
Support does not automatically include:
General business consultancy
Training on unrelated third-party software
Work on websites not managed by SMB Booster
Marketing campaigns
Social media management
SEO campaigns
Complex technical development
These services may be purchased separately.
24. RESPONSE TIMES
SMB Booster aims to respond to:
Standard enquiries: within 24 business hours
Technical issues: within 12 business hours where reasonably possible
Critical website problems: within 4 business hours where reasonably possible
These are target response times and are not guaranteed resolution times.
25. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
SMB Booster uses third-party platforms and services to provide certain features.
These may include services relating to:
Website hosting
CRM
AI
Telephone services
Messaging
Social media
Payments
Analytics
Forms
Automation
Third-party providers may change their:
Pricing
Features
Technical requirements
Availability
Terms
SMB Booster cannot guarantee the permanent availability of any third-party feature.
Where a significant third-party change affects a customer's service, SMB Booster will seek to provide an alternative solution where reasonably possible.
26. AI SERVICES
AI services may be subject to usage limitations and third-party charges.
Features including:
AI content generation
AI chat
AI voice
AI receptionists
AI-powered marketing
AI social media tools
AI blog writing
may incur usage costs.
Where a feature is subject to additional usage charges, SMB Booster may charge separately or require the customer to purchase an appropriate usage package.
AI-generated content may require customer review before publication.
SMB Booster does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be factually accurate, legally compliant or suitable for publication.
27. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers retain ownership of content, images, logos and branding that they supply.
Customers grant SMB Booster permission to use those materials for the purpose of providing the contracted services.
SMB Booster retains intellectual property rights in:
Templates
Systems
Processes
Design frameworks
Reusable components
Software
Proprietary tools
Training materials
Business Hub systems
Other SMB Booster intellectual property
Website ownership following the applicable ownership period does not transfer ownership of SMB Booster's wider intellectual property.
Where a customer creates a website themselves using SMB Booster's website builder, ownership of SMB Booster's underlying platform, templates, software and technology remains with SMB Booster or the relevant third-party provider.
28. CONTENT & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Customers are responsible for ensuring their website content complies with applicable law.
Customers must ensure they have permission to use:
Images
Text
Logos
Testimonials
Reviews
Videos
Other copyrighted materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring their website contains appropriate legal information where required, including privacy policies, cookie notices and terms of business.
SMB Booster may suspend or remove content that appears illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.
29. SEO
SMB Booster may provide SEO setup or optimisation as part of certain services.
SEO services do not guarantee specific:
Google rankings
Traffic levels
Enquiries
Leads
Sales
Search engine algorithms and ranking factors may change without notice.
30. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SMB Booster will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
To the extent permitted by law, SMB Booster shall not be responsible for:
Loss of profits
Loss of business
Loss of revenue
Loss of anticipated savings
Search engine ranking changes
Third-party platform outages
Internet outages
Third-party service failures
Customer modifications
Incorrect customer-supplied information
Issues caused by third-party integrations
Losses arising from customer use of AI-generated content
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, SMB Booster's total liability will normally be limited to the amount paid by the customer to SMB Booster during the previous three months.
31. DATA PROTECTION
SMB Booster processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Customers may have rights including:
Access to personal data
Correction of inaccurate data
Deletion of data where applicable
Other rights provided by applicable data protection legislation
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their own use of customer data through the Business Hub, CRM, forms and other systems complies with applicable data protection legislation.
32. FORCE MAJEURE
SMB Booster shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Internet or telecommunications failures
Government restrictions
Cyberattacks
Third-party platform failures
Power failures
Infrastructure failures
Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
33. CHANGES TO SERVICES
SMB Booster may make reasonable changes to its services, packages and features where necessary to reflect:
Changes in technology
Third-party platform changes
Changes in supplier pricing
Security requirements
Changes in law
Improvements to the service
Where a change materially reduces a service already paid for, SMB Booster will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, an alternative solution.
Price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
34. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Customers should first raise any dispute with SMB Booster by email.
SMB Booster will attempt to resolve disputes informally and reasonably.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may consider mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings where appropriate.
35. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Assignment
Customers may not transfer or assign their subscription without SMB Booster's written consent.
Severability
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the customer's order and any agreed quotation, constitute the agreement between the parties.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

37. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to any applicable statutory rights, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
