What happens after I sign up?
Once you've signed up, we'll contact you to discuss your business, branding and website requirements. We'll then design your website and send it to you for approval before it goes live. Once you're happy, we'll connect your domain and launch your website.

What do you mean by "Unlimited Minor Website Updates"?

Do I have to use the Business Hub?
Not at all.
Some customers simply want a professional website.
Others use the CRM, forms, calendars, social planner and other business tools every day.
It's entirely up to you.
Can you set up my CRM, calendar or automations for me?
Yes.
Your Business Hub includes these tools, and if you'd like us to configure them for your business, we offer one-off setup services that can be purchased whenever you need them.
What's the difference between the £25, £49 and £97 plans?
The £25 Website & Business Hub plan gives you everything you need to manage your website and business online.
The £49 AI Voice Employee plan adds an AI assistant that can answer visitors on your website, respond to questions and capture enquiries automatically.
The £97 AI Receptionist plan includes everything above, plus a dedicated business phone number and a 24/7 AI receptionist that answers your business calls and can help book appointments.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes.
Many customers start with the £25 plan and upgrade as their business grows.
Upgrading is simple, and you only pay the difference between your chosen plans.
Can I downgrade if I no longer need the extra features?
Yes.
You can change your subscription as your business needs change. If you downgrade, any premium features such as AI Voice Employee or AI Receptionist will be removed from your account.
Are there any contracts?
No long-term contracts.
You're free to cancel your subscription at any time. Your website and included services remain active while your subscription is live.
Do I own my domain name?
Yes. If you already have a domain name, we'll connect it to your new website.
If you don't have one yet, we'll help you register the right domain for your business.
What happens if I cancel?
If you decide to cancel your subscription, your website hosting and Business Hub access will end, and your website will no longer be available online through SMB Booster. If you'd like to discuss moving your website elsewhere, please contact us before cancelling and we'll explain the available options.
(You'll want your Terms & Conditions to match whatever your policy is on ownership and transferring websites.)
